1. Introduction.
This Privacy Policy on Social Networks describes how COMERCIAL MALLORQUINA DE BEGUDES, S.L.U. (hereinafter, COMABE) uses users’ personal data when registering through the profile that COMABE has on the social network Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc., and browsing with your social network user, for the purposes indicated below.

Users’ personal data will only be obtained to be processed when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive concerning the scope and purposes for which they have been collected. Therefore, their processing will be limited to those purposes indicated to Users in each case.

3. DATA OF MINORS OR INCAPACITATED PERSONS.
Access and registration through COMABE’s social networks are prohibited for persons under 18. On the other hand, if the User is incapacitated, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship of the User or their legal representative will be required using a valid document accrediting the legal representation of the incapable User for access.
COMABE shall be expressly exonerated from any liability arising from using social networks by minors or persons incapable of using them. COMABE’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, so if you are a minor, you should not register, use COMABE’s social networks or provide any personal information.
4. PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE DATA IS USED IN SOCIAL NETWORKS.
The information and personal data provided voluntarily by the user through COMABE social networks is processed for the purpose of:
• Manage user registration, account creation and use of COMABE's social networks.
• Respond to all requests made through COMABE's social networks.
• Send COMABE information and advertising, by any means, electronic or otherwise.
• Know the User’s opinions and assessments and to keep them up to date with activities, news, special offers and promotions of the COMABE brand of interest to them.
• Send information, advertising and commercial promotion of products, services and activities in the food and beverage sector, by any means, including electronic means (e-mail or equivalent means, such as SMS, telephones, mobiles, etc.). The foregoing provided that the interested party had previously and expressly consented to it.
• Know the User’s opinions and assessments and to keep them up to date with activities, news, special offers and promotions of the COMABE brand of interest to them.
• Analysis and elaboration of commercial profiles based on the information provided to search for content of interest to the User, using profiling techniques for targeted advertising and direct marketing. The elaboration of these profiles will be based on information from both internal RODILLA sources and external sources, such as, for example, social networks, public sources, other companies of the group or collaborators. This is provided that the interested party has previously and expressly consented to it.
The information provided by the User through COMABE’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services that the User uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From each social network’s Profile, the User can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete them or deactivate them, such as any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
If the COMABE application or third-party permissions are expressly disabled in a social network user’s Profile, the social network will no longer provide your social network user ID.
In social networks, the User can share texts, photos, videos and other information or other information and/or content, which in such a case, the User does freely, voluntarily and consciously. If this is done, such content will be subject to this policy and the relevant social network’s Terms and Conditions of Access and Use. Users are responsible for ensuring that all content they publish complies with current legislation, this policy and its legal notice. COMABE shall have the right to remove from this official website -unilaterally and without prior communication or authorisation from the User- any content published by the User when the User infringes or violates current legislation, the rules established in this policy and/or those of the social networks.
5. DATA ACCOUNTABILITY AND QUALITY.
COMABE is only liable for and guarantees the confidentiality, security and data processing under this policy. With respect to personal data collected from registered users also through their social network identifier, COMABE is not liable for the processing and subsequent use of personal data that may be made both by the owner of the social network and by third-party service providers of the information society outside COMABE who may access such data in the provision of their services or exercise of their activity, third parties who establish hyperlinks to the social network.
COMABE warns that no user may use the identity of another person and/or communicate personal data of third parties without their prior authorisation, so the User must at all times bear in mind that they may only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity and which are appropriate, pertinent, current, accurate and true. In any case, the User must respect the privacy of third parties, whether or not they are users of the COMABE social network.
6. EXERCISE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS.
COMABE informs Users of the possibility of exercising the following rights:
- The right to request access to their personal data being processed and to receive such information in writing by the means requested.
- The right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- The right to request the restriction of the processing of their data.
- The right to object to processing their personal data where appropriate.
